Right when I walked into the theatre it was so cool! You were so close to the actors and you were sitting at tables and you were allowed to eat and drink even while your watching the play. There is also a bar where you can get food and drinks. The set was small but really cool. While you watched the play you could see the band playing their music, and the music was directed by Carolyn Brady.
Just in case you have never read the book or watched the movie i’ll tell you the basics . It starts with a rich girl called Mary Lennox (played by Joryhebel Ginorio), and she is living in India because her family moved there for business. She had a nanny in India called Ayah (played by Maliha Sayed) and one tragic day her parents and Ayah passed away from some kind of poison and Mary had to go to her selfish Uncle's house. Little did she know her Uncle Archibald (played by Will Koski)
has a secret garden and a son that he would never let her go near. I really liked that they didn't need many props for the play because they did such a good job at describing everything with words and didn't need much props.
My favorite character was Martha (played by Dakota Hughes) who is one of Archibald's servants. I like Dakota best because they are really good at acting and they are really funny and humorous and I've seen them in a lot of other plays. My favorite song in this play was called Final Storm and I liked it because it was very powerful and pretty. I think that everybody did an amazing job at singing and doing beautiful choreography. The Choreographer was Nich O'Neil.
I really liked how the ghosts were moving as if they were actually floating. I rate this play 5 keys out of 1 Secret Garden because that's how good it was. I think people who are reviewers, gardeners and people who read the book or watched the movie should see this. It's so pretty! Enjoy the shoooooooooooooooow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
